Parking was a decent deal, the room was great, AC next to the bed like it should be, view was nonexistent, bed was comfortable but the main reason its only 2*, a thicker quality pillowtop would be a major difference. Shower was nice, 1 minute walk to hollywod walk of fame and area.

Located in a safe area and gated so I felt comfortable. There are enough parking slots but there were some guest partying in the parking lot. parking is not included in the price for the room but they do tell you at check-in the price. There’s free coffee and water in the lobby. we would stay here again. The rooms were not very clean as they should be. One set of sheets were stained, and the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Staff was at first not willing to exchange the room but after I explained to her I know the smells and it was not paint I was able to change rooms. this is what is preventing me from giving it at all four stars.

Nicest hotel I have ever stayed it. Superior in every way

this hotel is great if you’re planning to go to Universal studio. we walked there at 5:30 PM and walked from there at 1:30 AM back to the hotel. The only thing I think it’s inconvenient about the hotel. You have to pay additional to your parking and it’s limited space, it’s who comes first gets serve to park inside or you’ll have to park outside to the street, but the hotel overall is great clean place to stay and don’t need to overspend on a hotel if you’re planning to go to the theme park. I would definitely stay again here if i’m planning go back to theme park.
